    Hello! Just got back from our first-ever trip and we have fallen in love with WDW! We want to start thinking about next year's trip! Do you know when any type of discount or deal will be announced for August 2012?

    Hooray! I am so happy to hear that you've enjoyed the Disney magic.

    I can't tell you when any discounts for next August will be announced. I can tell you that there are a few good ways to keep up with the latest Disney news, so you'll be among the first to know when specials are announced.

    The first is obviously the Disneyworld.com website. Check the 'special offers' tab for the latest deals.

    I also recommend signing up for the newsletter at Allears.net, and adding Mousesavers.com to your list of bookmarks.

    My final tip is also perhaps the easiest of all - contact a travel agent who specializes in planning Disney vacations. Not all travel agents are created equal, and Disney planning can be complex, so get someone who only does Disney and you'll be much happier with the results. I personally use The Mouse Your Way travel, but there are many other Disney specialists out there as well. The reason I recommend a travel agent is because they will find the very best deal for you, and then even after you've booked, they will continue to search for better deals - perhas on a different date, or at a different resort, etc. Sometimes little changes like that can save you big money, and a Disney expert will know when and where to look to find you those money saving specials.
