chEARs Stacia,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Walt Disney World is the ultimate family-friendly playground, but I completely understand how there are times when parents need to have their own fun!
As you know, Disney recommends Kid’s Nite Out, who offer
one-to-one in-room babysitting as well as the opportunity to reserve a childcare specialist who can accompany you to the Parks as needed. To contact them, please call (407) 828-0920, seven (7) days a week from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
As a guest of a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you have access to
fantastic benefits, including the
Community Halls at select Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts if you are a guest at the Resort. These include the Community Hall at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort where the kiddos can do arts and crafts, including Paint Your Own Ceramics. The Community Hall and Simba’s Activity Center at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge offer a Design Your Own African Jewelry class that my daughter has been begging to do! Most of the activities at the Community Halls are complimentary, while some are available for a fee.
If you would like to drop the kiddos off for a night of fun while you enjoy an evening out,
Camp Dolphin at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel is the place the entire family will flip for! Reservations are required, and children need to be potty-trained to enjoy the secure, fun environment.
Stacia, I hope one of these options work for you! Best of luck with your planning.
Rayna
