    Should we avoid MK on the day they film the Christmas parade if we don't want to see it or will the rest of the park be less crowded?

    Gina,

    I'd definitely avoid it.  There will be a TON of people there to see the filming, and invariably many of them get tired of watching and go off to ride things.  They'll also come as large groups, and mom and grandma may watch the filming while everyone else hits the rides. 

    No matter what the reason, the park will be crowded that day.  Of course it is worth visiting if you'd like to see the taping, but if that's not your thing then I'd choose another park and save yourself the hassle.
