Hey there, Diana!
It sounds like you are planning a fa-la-la-festive Christmas vacation. Our friendly Scout Elf, Chippy, was kind enough to surprise my family with our very own Walt Disney World Resort vacation during the Christmas season last year. It was probably our best trip ever!
Diana, I am showing availability at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort for your party, although this is subject to change at any moment. A family of your size will need to book either a Deluxe Villa, a family suite, or two connecting rooms.
Diana, you will find family suites at both Disney's All-Star Music Resort and
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Both family suites are wonderfully themed and have three sleeping spaces including a dedicated master bedroom with a door, a kitchenette, and two full bathrooms.
If you choose to book two connecting rooms, you will have wider availability; however, you will need to split up your party (3 people in each room) in your search. You will also need to book each room one at a time.
Another option for you is to book accommodations at a
Deluxe Villa resort. These resorts have luxurious 2- and 3-bedroom units that would accommodate your family in style.
During the Christmas season, I can think of no better place to stay than
Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The rocking chairs in front of the roaring fireplace and the insanely huge Christmas Tree in the lobby could instill the Christmas spirit in even Mr. Scrooge himself! As an added bonus, these rooms have recently undergone a full renovation.
Diana, my best advice to you is to book your resort and purchase your theme park tickets as soon as possible. You can then make your
Disney Park Pass system reservations. As you can imagine, this is a very busy time at the parks and things book up quickly.
Wishing you a magical holiday stay!
