My autistic son's Eagle project was a literacy drive for an impoverished village in the rainforest of Veracruz, Mexico and orphans in Mexico City. Do you think dinner at San Angel Inn would be a good way to celebrate 5th anniversary of that?

Oh my goodness, absolutely. You must be so incredibly proud of your son's achievements.

I can't think of anything more fitting than to have the celebration of your son's Mexico-related project in the Mexico pavilion at Epcot. I have dined at the San Angel Inn several times and always found it to be very festive. The interior of the restaurant is just like sitting in a Mexican fairgrounds. The food is real Mexican dishes such as Mole Poblano, Camarones al Ajillo, and fried plaintains -- so authentic.

You could top off your meal with a traditional Mexican treat like vanilla flan, or you could order a special celebration cake to commemorate this very special occasion. Inquire about this when you make your reservation.

Best of luck to you and your son.
