Chef Pluto; Mother and daughter; character dining experience

    My aunt, uncle, two cousins and their spouses are planning their first family trip to WDW in March. They want to eat at chef mickeys but have only purchased the quick service dining plan. Is there a gift certificate or way I can gift them a breakfast?

    Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet! Chef Mickey's is a fun dining spot at Walt Disney World Resort! This restaurant was where my eldest daughter met Mickey Mouse for the first time, so it holds a special place in my heart. I love that you want to gift your family the magic of a delicious breakfast here. I suggest purchasing a Disney Gift Card for your family. The prices (as of today) for breakfast are $58 per adult and $37 per child (ages 3-9), plus tax and gratuity (and extra for morning cocktails). What's great about Disney Gift Cards is that they do not expire, and you can easily upload or transfer funds from other gift cards to consolidate into one for easier use, plus fun designs! 

    After breakfast, be sure to tell them to check out the fun gift shops on the same level as Chef Mickey's! Contempo Café is Disney Contemporary Resort's Quick-Service restaurant and is next door to Chef Mickey's. They have a fun selection of delicious treats, including a DOLE Whip Cupcake and the Jack-Jack Cookie Num Num's Cupcake, which are the perfect snacks to enjoy later on in the day. Fantasia has a great souvenir selection, as well as Bayview Gifts. Remind them to take a photo of the magical Grand Canyon Concourse Mural by Mary Blair (fun facts: the mural is 90 feet tall and is composed of 1,800 hand-painted tiles!) before heading upstairs to take the Monorail to their next magical destination.
