Hi Moms! Going in August and would like to try to schedule a private photo session. I heard that they hold them at most of the resorts. Do they also do them at any of the theme parks? Any good ideas where to plan one for us and 5yr D? Thanks!!

    Hi Nancy,

You can only book the private Photo Pass sessions at the resorts, those currently available are the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge. My family and I had a session at the Polynesian last August and the photos came out beautifully, I chose the Poly because of the view of the Castle from the beach and the lush surroundings, we also had some great shots of us all on the hammock. If you want a posher more elegant feel then I would suggest the Grand Floridian and for a more unusual setting the Animal Kingdom Lodge sounds cool. To view some photos Google Disney PhotoPass photo session and choose the link to the Disboards. Lots of people have uploaded their photos there and you can decide which location you like best.

One tip for August is to be sure to either book the very first appointment of the day or one of the last. Because the sun is so strong the photos come out better at these times as you're not squinting or umm glowing so much!

All photo shoots can be booked by calling 407-824-1700 up to 30 days in advance.

    Have a great trip,

    Jo
