We are going August 30-Sept 4 and plan to go to all 4 parks and both waterparks. My question is should we go to Epcot I have heard it is more for teenagers than children, I have a 12,10, and 7 year old girls and 1 4 yr old boy.

I might say that you could skip Epcot if you only had very young toddlers, but with elementary and middle school age kids like yours, I think missing out on Epcot would be a big mistake. I'd have to say that right now my girls (ages 8 and 11 -- similar to yours) like Epcot even more than the Magic Kingdom. RIght now, my family's favorite attraction at all of WDW is Soarin' at Epcot. Soarin' is a magical flight over the California (you experience sights, sound, gentle movement, and even lovely smells during the ride) --  this is really a "can't miss" attraction if there ever was one.

Other Epcot Future World attractions that my girls love include: Test Track, Spaceship Earth, the Seas with Nemo, Living with the Land, the Journey to Imagination, and Honey I Shrunk the Audience.

We also love shopping and eating our way through the many countries in the World Showcase area of Epcot. We've sampled rice candy in Japan, tried on sombreros in Mexico, and watched tumblers in China.

I think your family would have a great time at Epcot.
