We are attending MNSSHP this year and wanted to know more information about adult costume restrictions. We were planning to go as the incredibles and purchased disney costumes. Will these be considered "Disney Characters"?

Yes, The Incredibles are Disney characters.

The general rule of thumb for adult costumes at WDW is that you can't wear anything that would get you mistaken for a regular character in the park. So, for example, a woman could wear a blue ball gown costume. But if she then put up her blonde hair in a bun and decorated it with a tiara, that would be a no-no. Other guests might confuse her with the "real" Cinderella.

The Incredibles characters do sometimes appear at the Disney parks to greet guests. So, if your Incredibles costumes are just suggestive of the characters, then you'll likely be fine. However, if your Incredibles costumes are truly incredible, then you won't be able to wear them in the parks.
