We will be attending Disney as a group of 6. We will have 3 adults and 3 kids (13, 10, & 9). There are not a lot of options for rooms for 6. How can we book 2 rooms that adjoin on the website?

Hi, Jaime! Guests are able to book two rooms, but it's trying to do it online that poses difficulties.  I, too, like to book online when I can, so I've tried this myself. When booking online, you would need to make two separate room reservations, and then call to have them linked.  So, since you are going to need to call anyway, I feel that making a multiple-room reservation is best done by phone and calling (407) 939-1936.  The reservation specialist will be able to book your rooms and ensure they are linked together. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
