Welcome to planDisney, William, and happy new year! Visiting
Walt Disney World Resort is a fabulous place to start 2024, so let's look at some ways to secure that theme park ticket.
Since I'm not sure how you purchased the ticket, I can offer a few options to try. If you have an email confirmation of the ticket purchase, look for a confirmation number or a 12-digit code in the lower left of the ticket. Open the
My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the Tickets and Passes tile. If the ticket is already linked, it will appear with a bar code at the top of the screen. If not, tap the blue plus sign in the upper right corner and follow the prompts to link the ticket.
If you don't have any type of confirmation for the ticket purchase, I suggest contacting the conference coordinator for help linking the ticket. Please feel free to call the
Existing Tickets line if you have more questions.
Disney's Yacht Club Resort is an easy walk to
EPCOT, and there is a
Guest Relations location near the International Gateway entrance to the park. However, I spoke to a friendly Cast Member named Florendo who said they might be unable to issue a physical ticket at that entrance. You could try it if you'd like a hard ticket; be prepared to show the purchase confirmation and a valid ID. But my tip is to link that ticket digitally since I find it easier to use
Disney MagicMobile Service with my phone.
I hope you enjoy some Disney magic as a reward for your work at the convention, William. Please stop by
planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
