Hi Prescott! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!
If I was as close as you are to
Walt Disney World Resort I would want to be there as much as possible too! With over 40 square miles of magic to uncover you and your college friends could visit consistently throughout the school year and still discover new and exciting attractions, shows, and snacks around every corner!
While most new sales of
Annual Passes are currently paused, I'm sure you're excited about the possibility of becoming an Annual Passholder with the purchase of a
Disney Pixie Dust Pass. With the Pixie Dust Pass you would be able to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth on most weekdays and to make and hold three
Theme Park Reservations at a time. Plus, you would receive other amazing perks like discounts at some select dining locations and on Disney merchandise.
To become a Passholder of a Pixie Dust Pass you're correct that you do need to show
proof of Florida Residency. While you may not have a Florida-issued driver's license, Florida-based military ID or state-issued ID card with a Florida address there are still other ways to prove you reside in the state for most of the year.
While you won't be able to verify your residence online without one of the forms of identification above, you may have other ways to prove your residency. Acceptable forms include proof of a current mortgage, homeowner's policy or bill, utility bills such as phone, cable, or power, or mail from financial institutions or government agencies sent to your Florida address. Mail can be no more than two months old and will need to match the name on your corresponding ID, such as a driver's license or passport.
Unfortunately, a student ID from a Florida institution is not acceptable as proof of Florida residency at this time. If you need any other information you're welcome to call and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-7277.
Hopefully you'll be an Annual Passholder soon!
