There could be multiple issues causing the error message you're seeing. For instance, it could mean a Guest is listed in your
My Disney Experience account twice, or it could be a web browser issue, etc. The first thing I recommend is logging into your My Disney Experience account using a different browser and trying again. If this doesn't work, you can call and speak with Cast Members for
technical support at (407) 939-7765. They will be able to look at your account and help amend any error messages. The Cast Members at the Internet Help Desk are available from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST, seven days a week.
Once the issues are straightened out, you will be ready to feast with your Guests at your preferred
Disney dining locations!
