I understand you were able to secure a
virtual queue boarding group for
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind for yourself and... others. Whoops! While I've never experienced this specific issue personally, I have had other mobile app troubles while visiting the theme parks. Whenever mobile app issues happen, it's important to chat with the
Guest Experience Team to resolve them. I recommend proceeding to the nearest Guest Experience Team at your earliest convenience to correct your boarding group. These locations can usually be identified by a large blue umbrella and several friendly Cast Members nearby!
Laurie, after your issue has been sorted out, I encourage you to confirm you're operating the most up-to-date version of the My Disney Experience mobile app and have appropriately linked all of your travel party members via your
Family & Friends List. While it's possible that this issue was just caused by a random glitch, it's always best to run the most updated version of the app for the best experience.
