    I have atempted three times to build my custom maps for my trip March 16th and it always says that their are error's... do you know what I might be doing wrong? I did buid my itinery info first!.

    Hi Susan! Sorry you're having trouble building your customized maps on the Disney website. I've got some tips that might help you:

    First, make sure you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. The website doesn't work well with Google Chrome and some other web browsers. Next, when you reach the screen called "Vacation Plans," if you see a box that asks to use a saved itinerary, make sure the box is NOT checked. Also, leave the fields in the "Vacation Plans" screen blank. Finally make sure you are signed in to the Disney website, and that your profile has a valid address matching the one on the "Shipping Address" page.

    If you're still having problems after trying these tips, call the website technical support line at 407-939-7765 and press 2. The wonderful tech support people will walk through the process step by step with you to help solve your problems.
