Hi Julio,
Welcome to planDisney!
Why yes, there most certainly is assistance with planning a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! We stand ready to share information and recommendations. There are also cast members ready to assist - you may
contact them by phone. I do think it might be helpful to speak with a cast member. Before you call, however, I suggest you do some preliminary research so that you have a basic idea of what kind of experience you want!
First, consider what kind of amenities at a resort hotel you would want. Disney has deluxe, deluxe villa, moderate, and value resort hotels, all part of the
Disney Resorts Collection. While they are each wonderfully unique, they have different amenities. My family prefers deluxe and deluxe villa resort hotels that are within walking distance to one or more theme parks because we love to have easy access to the park and multiple dining options that include
table-service locations.
Next, think about how many days you want to visit the theme parks. I always suggest purchasing at least a 4-Day Standard
Theme Park Ticket so that you can visit all four theme parks. Also consider whether or not you would like the flexibility to visit more than one park a day. If so, you should purchase tickets with the
Park Hopper® Option.
Take a look at the
Special Offers to see if there are any available for the dates of your visit. Once you know which resort hotels you might prefer, you can compare
vacation package prices online. Also think about adding one of the
Disney Dining Plans to your vacation package. My family prefers the
Disney Dining Plan because it includes one table-service meal and one quick-service meal while the
Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan includes two quick-service meals per night of stay in addition to the other benefits.
I hope this information helps you get started. If you do decided to call to speak to a cast member, I suggest being prepared to ask about vacation package pricing for three different resort hotels. Looking at your arrival date, time is of the essence! Get that vacation package booked and then start making
advanced dining reservations. Review the
booking window guidelines for dining reservations and
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences. You should be able to make those dining reservations for the length of your stay up to 10 nights.
Julio, keep up the
practically perfect planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
