We assigned tickets on My Disney Experience to two people who now can not go. Do we need to do anything to remove these names from these tickets so we can use them on a future trip?

    Hi, Wendy!
Thanks for checking in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm sorry to hear a couple of people in your travel party will not be able to join you on vacation!

You should be able to go into My Disney Experience and remove the ticket assignment. If you are unable to get it done online, you should call the Existing Ticket phone number and ask a Cast Member to help you out.

I hope you are able to enjoy an unforgettable visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please let me know if I can help answer any additional questions!

I’m a mom, wife and goldendoodle dog owner who is not afraid to ride a fast roller coaster again and again. I love to travel - which is good since I telework with a job in Washington, DC. I’ve visited Disneyland and Walt Disney World multiple times and it’s fed into my belief that you’re never too old to have fun. I run when I can and recently earned my runDisney Coast to Coast medal! I also love photography and founded an online special needs community. Learn More About Jen
