I have just assigned my cards but accidentally assigned 2 to my husband. I need to assign one to my daughter but the option to reassign is not highlighted, how can I amend?

Hello, Alison, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

As long as your tickets are unused, you should be able to reassign a ticket to another person on your Family & Friends list. If this option is not available (and your tickets have not been used), there may just be a glitch in the system. Try logging out of your My Disney Experience account and logging in again. You also might have your husband log into his My Disney Experience account to see if the option to reassign one of his tickets to your daughter is available there. Another suggestion would be to try doing so through the My Disney Experience mobile app (if you've been using your computer) or using the computer (if you've been trying with your app).

If none of these options works for you, you can call the Help Center using the UK or Orlando-based phone numbers. Another option is to email the official Help Center, too.

Hopefully one of these suggestions will solve your problem, Alison. In the meantime, please reach out if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
