Hi, Linda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
If you haven't visited
Walt Disney World Resort yet and are trying to link your Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account, you'll want to use the 12-digit number on the back of your physical Memory Maker card or from your confirmation email (if you purchased it online). Once your purchased Memory Maker is connected to your account, you won't need that 12-digit number again.
When you encounter a
PhotoPass photographer, they can scan your
Memory Maker card, a PhotoPass card or your MagicBand. If you receive a physical PhotoPass card, it will have a 16-digit code on the back that you'll use to connect those photos to your account. Once you've logged into your
My Disney Experience account, click "My Photos" and then "Link Photos." If you're on a computer, you'll only have the option to enter the 16-digit code on the back of your Disney PhotoPass card. On your smartphone, you'll have three options: scan to link a PhotoPass card, type the 16-digit code or "Show PhotoPass Code" (which will display a QR code for you to show your PhotoPass photographer. You can also use that QR code to access your photos at a PhotoPass Sales Center.)
To link your Memory Maker for the first time on a computer, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and choose "link Memory Maker." Click the blue button to enter that 12-digit code.
Hopefully these tips help you view and download your photos, Linda. If you have any other issues, feel free to reach out to the
Disney PhotoPass support team.
Best wishes,
Amy
