Hey there, Juan! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I’m happy to help you with his question because my kids have always loved having Disney characters sign non-traditional items. Have you ever seen Elana of Avalor try to sign the hilt of a singing toy sword? I have, and all I can say is be sure to bring multiple colors of marker or pen.
While characters and their Cast Member friends have the final decision over what they sign, most items are eligible to bear their signature, with a few restrictions. My trusted sources (
other planDisney panelists) tell me that characters won’t sign clothing being worn by guests, any items that are offensive or dangerous, and there needs to be room for their signature. My daughter once brought “Disney Princess” comics for
Cinderella and company to sign, so I’m sure there will be no issue getting a signature on a copy of your video game.
Remember, you can use the
Disney World Rides & Entertainment webpage or the
My Disney Experience mobile app to see what character experiences are available while visiting Walt Disney World. I prefer the app, which has a character filter on the map and will show you a character’s location, next appearance, and all the scheduled appearance times for that day (schedule and availability are subject to change).
Juan, I hope this information is helpful and that you get your copy of Epic Mickey signed. Pop right back if you have any other Walt Disney World or Disney vacation questions. Your planDisney pals are here to help!
Magical travels!
Matt
