Hi i want to ask some questions regarding of changing the dates for the disney park tickets, i bought the ticket through a third pary app and they declined the change. Is there any possible way to change the dates so my family can enjoy disney at its best?

Hello there, Wincent, and welcome to planDisney!

It's a pleasure to have you here and I'm thrilled to see that you'll be traveling so far to visit the Disneyland Resort very soon! There's nothing quite like the magic of Disney and I have so many great childhood memories associated with it. Being able to visit the Disney Parks in person just brings that childlike feeling of nostalgia to life and I wish you a truly magical time during your vacation!

Ordinarily, Disney Guests are allowed to change the dates of their park reservations through the Disneyland Mobile App. This is a routine procedure for domestic Guests but since you are an overseas traveler, I'm not sure what the protocol would be for you. I know that you'll need to first link your third party tickets to your Disneyland account. Once linked, if you're able to access the Disneyland website, you would be able to Modify your Park Reservation and change your dates. Guests are usually free to change their park reservation dates at will until the ticket has been used up or has expired.

If you are having issues changing your dates, my best recommendation would be to reach out to a local travel agent and see if they are able to assist you. You may also try to speak to a Cast Member by calling the Tickets phone line and explaining your situation to them. And as a last resort, many issues may be resolved by speaking to a Cast Member in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booths, so if you do arrive in Southern California with your issues unresolved, I would approach them.

Have you taken a look at the 2024 Calendar of Events for the Disneyland Resort? There's so much going on this year that there's never a bad time to visit. Currently, the Disney California Adventure Food & WIne Festival is happening, so it's a great time to visit if you consider yourself a Foodie and love to try California-inspired cuisine!

Wincent, I hope that you were able to use some of the information in this response. Please return again if you have any more questions and I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!

Meet the Panelist: Al, California

Ahoy there from the heart of Steinbeck Country in central California! I've been visiting the Disneyland Resort since childhood and fell in love with the sense of absolute immersion that the Imagineers have achieved. My favorite attraction is Pirates of the Caribbean because where else can you go from a California day to an evening boat ride in the bayou with "salty old pirates"? I'm a veterinarian and an all-around Disney geek and enthusiast. I'd love to help you plan your next Disneyland trip! Learn More About Al
