Hi. We’re arriving this weekend. Just wondered if Oak Trail golf is included in our 14 day park pass? If so, I assume we would still need to pay for club hire so could you let me know how much that is for adults and kids per day / round please?

    Hi Richard,

Welcome to planDisney! I’m delighted to see that you will be arriving soon for a magical holiday at Walt Disney World Resort, so let’s get you teed up for a great vacation with your family!

Richard, I’m assuming you were able to take advantage of the 14-Day Disney Magic Ticket offer, exclusive to UK and Ireland residents, which is a stupendous value. These tickets allow access to so many great benefits, such as Park Hopping, Disney Water Parks, Memory Maker, ESPN Wide World of Sports, a round of miniature golf at Disney’s Winter Summerland or Disney’s Fantasia Gardens, and of course, green fees to Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course. You will stay busy on your holiday for sure!

You are correct that the Magic Maker ticket includes Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course green fees only, but clubs are available for hire. Currently, golf club rental for Guests 18 and older is $35 (USD) and $11 (USD) for Junior Rentals, age 17 & under. These prices are subject to change, but this will give you a range to work from. Speaking of ranges, you can also rent a partial set of clubs to use at the driving range if you need to warm up for your round.

I highly recommend that you book your tee time in advance. You can do this online or by calling the Golf Master Starter at +1407 939 4653 (US) or 0800 028 0778 (UK), even if it is just a few hours before you would like to play. Remember that complimentary transportation from select Walt Disney World Resort hotels to Disney Golf Courses, so be sure to inquire at your hotel Front Desk for more information.

You are going to enjoy Disney’s Oak Trail. My husband and I love taking an early afternoon break from the theme parks to play nine holes of golf there. Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course is certified by Audubon International as a Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary. So, while you are teeing off, you are also supporting all of Snow White’s woodland creature friends. Just be careful that Dopey doesn’t show up to throw you off your game!

Richard, be sure to pack your sunblock, a hat, and an extra water bottle (water is available on the course for purchase or to refill your personal water bottle). The weather in Florida during the summer can be toasty! After a round of golf, a quick dip in your Disney Resort Hotel pool will be delightful.

I hope this information is helpful to you as you begin your holiday. Please pop back by and let us know if you have any other questions; we are here to help!

    Wishing you a tee-rific vacation,
    Shannon
