    We are arriving at WDW in a week! After we check in at Saratoga Springs we have dinner reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge. Should we drive our own car over or take Disney transportation? Thanks!

    I love love love the Whispering Canyon Cafe. Be sure to ask for ketchup with your meal!

    We never rent a car at WDW, I don't generally find it necessary. But if you have a car, the time to use it would be when traveling from resort to resort, such as the situation you suggest. To get from Saratoga Springs to the Wilderness Lodge using Disney transportation, you would either take a bus or boat to Downtown Disney and then transfer to the WL bus, or you could take a bus to the Magic Kingdom and transfer to a WL bus there. There are both do-able options, but you probably would save yourself a bit of waiting time and hassle if you drove directly to the Wilderness Lodge. When you get to the WL, simply tell the guard at the entrance gate that you have a meal reservation and he or she will direct you to the parking area.
