Hi! We will be arriving at our WDW Resort on Thanksgiving Day & would like to know if there are any restaurants serving a Thanksgiving menu that aren't in the Theme Parks (we don't have tickets for the parks on our day of arrival). Thanks!

Hi there, Vicki! It's officially Pumpkin Spice season, which means that Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Recently, Walt Disney World Resort released their 2019 Thanksgiving Day menus, and I have a Rumbly in my Tumbly just thinking about the turkey and trimmings that I'm going to gobble up!

Luckily some of the Walt Disney World chefs will be serving up some feasts reminiscent of mom's home cooking. Boatwright's Dining Hall at Disney's Port Orleans Resort- Riverside, Olivia's Cafe at Disney's Old Key West Resort, and The Wave... of American Flavors at Disney's Contemporary Resort will all have Thanksgiving offerings; take a look at their online menus to see which one suits your family best. Oftentimes on arrival day, we like to spend some time at Disney Springs. If you find yourself here, wander over to either Terralina Crafted Italian or House of Blues Restaurant & Bar and afterward get a post-turkey workout over at the NBA Experience!

Just like Ursula once said, "Life's full of tough choices, isn't it?" I hope this cornucopia of ideas helps, Vicki!
