We are arriving at WDW in the morning, and will stay at All Star Movies. We have reservations to the 5:15 Aloha Show, so we would like to check in early. I understand that our room needs to be ready, but can I call ahead to try to make arrangements?

    Hi Michelle!

As soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World, be sure to head over to All Star Movies. You will be allowed to check-in as soon as you arrive. You'll receive your room keys and any park tickets, etc when you check-in. If your room is not ready yet, the resort can call or text your cell phone to let you know your room number when it is ready. Bell services can hold any luggage you'd like to leave.

In the past, when I've used online check-in I've had good luck with my room being ready early. Online check-in won't guarantee that your room will be ready when you arrive, but hopefully you'll have good luck.

    Hope this helps!
