Will be arriving to WDW on 5/9. Can't wait. Have almost everything planned but would like some suggestions for some good counter service meals. Kids are age 10,7,and 5. Does the 10 year old order off of the adult menu as she is not considered a child?

    Hi Sarah,

Not long until your trip now, how exciting!

If you're on the Disney Dining Plan then yes your 10 year old is able to eat off of the adult menu, if you're paying cash then they are free to choose whichever menu they'd prefer either child or adult!

There are many great counter service restaurants in WDW, a few of my favourites are -

Magic Kingdom - Columbia Harbour House for delicious sandwiches, chicken and soup and Pinocchio Village Haus for yummy pizza.

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons as the choice here is huge, you can choose proper meals such as chicken, mashed potato and vegetables or just a simple sandwich. Other great options can be found around the World Showcase!

Animal Kingdom - We love Pizzafari for the Chicken Caesar Salad or Flame Tree BBQ for the ribs.

Downtown Disney - Earl of Sandwich for delicious hot sandwiches and delicious cup cakes.

The resorts have great food courts too and have a huge variety of foods on offer. I like to look at the menus on the dining pages of www.allears.net to see where I fancy eating!

    Have a great stay,

    Jo
