We will be arriving Thanksgiving Day with another family, who always enjoys dinner at the cape may seafood buffet. Considering Hoop De Doo instead, what r your thoughts? We will be a party of 4 adults/4kids/1infant. Which will be harder to book? Thx!

    Hi Michelle,

Thanksgiving in the Walt Disney World Resorts is extra magical. All of the holiday decorations are up and the parks take on a different feel.

I love both the Cape May Cafe and the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue for completely different reasons. Cape May Cafe is a great old fashion clam bake filled with delicious seafood and non-seafood options. The options are fresh and delicious and it always is a fun relaxing meal.

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is salad, fried chicken, ribs, beans and strawberry shortcake served during an entertaining show which often happens in the audience! I love the corny jokes and songs and it is just fun.

Any reservation on Thanksgiving Day is going to be hard to get so I recommend you book your choice as close to the 180 day prior mark.  Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue might be more difficult because it is more popular. Cape May Cafe is the hidden gem.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
