Arriving on 9/23 and staying at Pop Century. Have reservations for the first night at Liberty Tree Tavern at 6:35 pm for dinner. What time should we leave our hotel to arrive for our reservation?

    Hi Chrisandra,

How exciting, you are just a few days away from your Disney World trip. I will be there at that same time and I am so excited I can't sleep,

Liberty tree Tavern is one of my favorites. The menu offers a good selection of "home cooked" hearty choices like pot roast, turkey and roast beef. Be sure to ask for some of the warm rolls and honey butter-so good!

I like to allow a minimum of one hour travel time from my resort to my dining reservations. The Disney buses run approximately every twenty minutes and it is about a fifteen ride to the park. Don't forget to allow for time to pass through security, go through the turnstiles, and walk back to the restaraunt. Sometimes I even give myself an extra fifteen minutes or so for the unforseen roadblock or that chance meet with a favorite Disney character that suddenly appeared on Main Street. I would most likely plan on leaving my resort by 5:15ish at the latest.

Hope you have a great time and be sure to yell hi if you see me.
