We will be arriving at All Star Sports on May 27th. At what point will we find out what location of the resort we will be staying in? Since the check in time for resort is 3:00 do we go to resort to pick up our park tickets or will they be mailed to us?

Hi, James! Upon arriving, the first thing you will want to do is check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  You can check-in ANYTIME that day.  Even if it is before check-in time, you will go there to get your Key to the World (I.D.) card.  It serves as your room key, park tickets, and dining card, if applicable.   Your room will probably not be ready if you check-in before the set time, but you can leave your bags with luggage services, and go hit the parks! Disney has a wonderful service that will call or text you to let you know when your room is ready. If your room is already ready, you will find out your room location at check-in.  If it's not ready, you will find out in your text message.  If you can't get texts, they will give you a number to call.  So get checked in, get your Key to the World cards, store your bags, and let the fun begin! Have a Magical vacation!
