Hi, we are arriving to the Orleans-Riverside resort on 23/4/10 and would like to see the Spirit of Aloha Show at the Polynesian Resort that night. Can we go there even though our park passes start on 24/4. How far are these two resorts? Thanks

Hi Eve! The Spirit of Aloha dinner show sounds like a great way to start your Walt Disney World vacation!

The Polynesian Resort, where the Spirit of Aloha is performed, is located outside of the Magic Kingdom park, so you will not need your park ticket.   If you're driving, the Polynesian is about 15 minutes from the Port Orleans Riverside resort. If you're relying on Disney transportation, you'll need to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom park and then ride the monorail over to the Polynesian, and the trip could take 45 minutes. (The monorail and bus stations are outside the gates of the Magic Kingdom park, so you won't have to use your park passes.)

    Enjoy the luau!
