    When arriving at Port Orleans prior to check-in, will we be able to stow our carry-on bags in order to "hit the parks?"

    Hi, Bud!  You can absolutely lighten your load when you get to the resort in order to head right over to the theme parks!  When you check in, you may find your room is available, even if it's before 3 PM.  If that's the case, drop your stuff off in your room and head on out.  If your room is not available, they can direct you to bell services, where your bags can be stored.

    As an added convenience, the front desk will text you when your room is ready.  You can either swing back to the bell stand and snag your carry on bags, or you can call for them when you are settled into your room.
