    We will be arriving at POR in 26 days! I requested a preferred room that was renovated. If I check in online will that request be overlooked or should I just check in when we arrive? Thanks!

    Hi, Amy! Checking in online is the way to go if you don't have any special requests.  It saves time upon arrival because you basically just walk up and claim your welcome information and your Key to the World cards.  If you do have special requests, you should be aware that there are only four room request choices when you do online check-in.  They are for 1.) ground floor, 2.) near transportation, 3.) a child's Pack 'n Play Playard, or 4.) to add a refrigerator. Since you need to request something besides one of those four, I would definitely check-in with a Cast Member upon arrival to try to secure the room I want.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
