    We will be arriving at the Pop Century before check in time. We are using ME. Will the hotel hold our carry-on bags from the flight which we will have with us when we arrive in addition to our checked luggage since it will arrive at separate time.

    Yes, they will hold your carry on items for you if you arrive early and want to go explore the parks. Just go to the Bell Services desk at your resort, drop off your bags, and they will give you a claim check so that you can retrieve your items later. I have done this many times both when arriving early and departing late.
