We are arriving by plane at 11:00 am., on August 17, but cannot check-in to our room until 3:00 pm. What do I need to do to get our park admission tickets before check-in time?

Depending on your method of transportation, you should be at your hotel between noon and 1:00. While the official check-in time is not until 3:00, there is always a possibility that your room could be ready a bit early. In any event, you should go to your hotel to register as soon as you arrive.

The staff at the hotel will give you all your paperwork, as well as your Key to the World cards. The Key cards will function as your room key, and will also include your park tickets and any dining plan credits you have purchased.

At this point you can leave your luggage with the bell services desk at the hotel and they will store it in a secure location for you. Then you can go ahead and have fun at the parks.

Later in the day, when you return to the hotel, you'll be all set to go right to your room.

    Have a great trip!
