    Arriving Nov 18th. Plane will land at 4:20, taking ME to POP. Thinking about 7:15 Hoop De Do. Will we make it in time?

    Hi Cortney! Thanks for the great question.  Honestly, I think you will really be pushing it to make a 7:15 ADR on your day of arrival, and you don't want to start your WDW vacation being stressed and possibly missing your first ADR.  If your plane arrives on time, you are looking at probably not arriving at your resort until possibly 6 PM.  Then you have to check in, get into your room and then catch transportation to Hoop De Do.  And coming from POP to Hoop De Doo, you should allow around 45 minutes to 60 minutes for travel time.  I think when you add all that up, 7:15 is just too soon. 
    My recommendation would be to go for a later ADR or maybe move this character dining to another day all together.
