We are arriving in Nov. and have the important reservations done. Someone told me that I should make all my dinner reservations since there may be none when we arrive. We have a party of 7 with 4 adults and 3 children under 6. What should I do?

Hi, Marianne!  Reservations for meals, especially during a free dining offer, can be tough to come by; and with a larger party such as yours, you may find it harder to get something the closer you are to your trip.

If you have restaurants or dining experiences you absolutely do not want to miss, you should call as soon as you can to 407-WDW-DINE to make those reservations.  Many meals you can play by ear with the counter service locations and the food court options, but for things like character dining experiences, I absolutely recommend reservations.

Don't stress, though!  Even if you don't get the reservations you are hoping for, there are plenty of opportunities to do character meet and greets in the theme parks, and as I said, some excellent counter service locations.  The cast members on the phone can also often suggest places that you might find availability for table service locations.

    Good luck!
