Arriving 6/19/12 @ noon, departing 6/26 @ 6 pm. 4 children 4-13 & know MK is a must the 1st day. What parks are the least crowded on a daily basis?

Hi, Linda!  The busiest parks can really vary not only by season, but week to week as well.  It's hard to predict which may be least crowded on any given day, but I have a few tips.

If you are not park hopping, you may want to avoid the park that has morning extra magic hours.  In my experience, the park opens to resort guests, and then fills with the general public, and it always feels busier to me by the time the afternoon rolls around.

I like to visit a park that has had evening extra magic hours the night before.  I generally find that the crowds tend to not be quite as heavy, maybe because people have taken advantage of the extra magic hours the night before.

I try to avoid the Magic Kingdom on Sundays.  This really is just based entirely on personal preference, but it seems to me that people do much of their traveling on Saturday, and the Magic Kingdom always feels like a bustling place on Sundays.

There are websites, like Touring Plans, that do give predictions for which parks might be busiest on which days.  They do intensive research to track wait times and crowds, then based on their data, give their best guess as to which parks may be the best to visit on any given day.  You can do a Google search to find them.

I hope this helps with your vacation planning!
