We are arriving in mid-October with a group of 11, ages from 3 3/4 to 65. Any suggestion on how to stay together as a group? We planned so far to at least meet for dinner each night.

    Hi Kenneth!

It sounds to me like you're off to a great start! One of the biggest keys to traveling with a large group is recognizing that its actually good to split off into smaller groups at times. With your plan to meet up for dinner each night, you'll have lots of experience to talk about and enjoy together.

Here are a few of my other tips:
    • Start each day off in the same park. Try to meet up in the morning and enjoy your first ride (or at least a ride or two) as a group. Then, take the opportunity to split off into groups to ride the attractions the kids are interested in or to allow for some shopping for adults.
    • Use PhotoPass! Get together as a group and have at least one photo taken per day. It'll be a great remembrance of your time together in the parks.
    • Be sure to make sure the older adults get a chance to enjoy a ride or two with the littlest ones - a few moments together can really make a vacation magical.
    • If you can convince your group, matching Tshirts will really make you stand out! It also means it'll be easy to spot each other in a crowd. If being "too" matched isn't your thing - agreeing to wear red, or blue, or whatever will be helpful too.

Hope you have a wonderful family vacation together!
