Arriving May 11th for 2 nights for DD birthday! 2 ?s. Which resort is BEST for viewing MK fireworks..GF, Contemp or Poly & do you know the times of the new MK parade: Move It, Shake It, Celebrate It? The times for this parade are not on calendar!!

    Charlotte,

I would expect that you will see the times for that parade posted when you get a bit closer to the date of your arrival. It is a new parade, so I am guessing that they are still nailing down the times. But you could probably assume that 3 pm is a good guess. That is a typical afternoon parade time from the past, and is a reliable guess for you to plan around.

As for watching the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom, I think of the three resorts the best view is from the Polynesian. Granted, it is the furthest away from the park, but it faces the fireworks dead on, and so you see them as they were intended.

Plus, if you view them from the beach at the resort, they pipe in the soundtrack from the park. So you get a great view, an exotic beach venue, and the sound to complete the experience.

If you have an follow-up questions, you can ask me from my bio page and I would be glad to answer!

    Have a magical vacation!
