    Hi, we are arriving later this year and booked when there was dining credits and $100 gift card per room promotion. Please can I ask how and when will we receive the gift card and the dining credits? Will they be sent separately. Thanks

    It's simply supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to hear that your family is all set to spend what's sure to be the jolliest of holidays at Walt Disney World Resort later on this year! 

    By your description Gemma, it sounds as if you could possibly be booked as part of the 50th Anniversary Package because this limited-time offer included Disney Dining Credits per room, plus 14-Days for the price of 7 on Disney Theme Park Tickets, and a promotional Disney Gift Card.  Lucky you - what a zip-a-dee-doo-dah offer that was!

    Gemma, I'm happy to share that to the very best of my current knowledge, upon check-in to their Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Guests should 'magically' receive a digital Disney Dining Credit via the email address connected to their My Disney Experience account. 

    I'm also happy to say that Disney Dining Credits can be used in almost any Disney Dining location, and also with Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering via My Disney Experience.

    Additionally, Guests are welcome to collect their promotional Disney Gift Card within the World of Disney store at Disney Springs.  In my past experience of collecting such promotional items as Disney Gift Cards, I've been asked at the point of collection to provide Cast Members with a valid photo ID such as my passport, and also the printed email confirmation voucher of the item I'm collecting.
