Dear Rebecca,
We're so glad that you reached out to us again here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!
A late arrival time can be challenging, especially with children, so I understand that you want it to go as smoothly as possible! The good news, since I think that you're saying that you have either the
Disney Dining Plan or the Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, is that your meal credits are calculated for the number of NIGHTS that you will be staying at the Walt Disney World resort. So even if you arrive in late, that first night counts for your meal credits!
It also sounds from your question that you've already made a number of
Advanced Dining Reservations but that you will have three dining credits remaining for each of you after you go to all of your reservations? You can absolutely use those to do something special on your son's birthday, as you mentioned! You can also trade dining credits for snack credits as well, if that's what you choose to do. Many people use their remaining credits to take home a few snacks that travel well, such as caramel apples, fudge, caramel corn, or cookies from the
Main Street Bakery.
Moms Panel tip - For your son's birthday, you can ask at any
Guest Services location or most cashiers, and they will give him a special button to let everyone know that he is celebrating his birthday that day!
Hope that you have a magical trip!
