Arriving late May 2015, daughter turns 10 just 3 weeks before we go. There is a significant price increase for deluxe dining plan from kids to adult. Will they check her age or can we still consider her a child for the dining plan.

Hi Lindsey! The Disney Dining Plan is a great value, and is an especially fantastic deal for kids under 10. The age Disney uses is for tickets, meals, the Dining Plan etc. is the age of the child on the first day of your vacation. Given this, your daughter will be charged as a ten year old.

Write us back with any questions as you plan your Disney vacation Lindsay!
