    We are arriving July 4th morning and plan to go to the water park that day before our dinner reservations. I see that check in is at 3 pm. If we do the advanced online check in are we able to grab our bands and rooms earlier so we can go to the waterpark?

    Hooray for a Walt Disney World vacation in the summer! July is going to be warm so make sure you drink lots of water to stay hydrated!

    Online check-in will save you time at your resort so you can head out and play! While your room may not be ready, you can still have fun. I recommend you pack your swimsuits and other gear for the water park so it is easily accessible. If your room is not ready when you arrive, you can change in the resort bathroom and store your luggage with bell services. Then hop on the bus to one of the water parks.

    Your room will be ready for you when you return. I have had rooms available when I arrive prior to the official check-in time. It depends on the season.
