    We will be arriving on Halloween, but have opted to go to the Not So Scary Halloween on Nov 1. Is MK closed to everyone after 7pm who does not have the additional ticket? Or is it just a section of the park? and a 2 year old does not need the extra ticket?

    Hi Megan!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite special events held at Magic Kingdom Park. Entrance to each Halloween Party requires a separate ticket for admission. At 7:00 p.m. the park will close for all Guests not attending that evening's party. All children under the age of three who visit Walt Disney World Resort are personal Guests of Mickey Mouse and do not require theme park tickets or special event tickets. Your family is sure to have a SPOOK-tacular time!
