    We will be arriving on Friday May 23rd and WDW dining said all of the dinner show are booked, any adivse on how we might be able to get a reservation to the Back Yard Barbecue or the Castle. Thanks!

    To be honest at this point your chances are slim to none.  That's only 2 days away.  Disney begins accepting reservations 180 days in advance, and for popular options like dining in Cinderella's Castle or dinner shows, those 6 months are really needed for advance planning.

    Continue to call Disney Dining (407-WDW-DINE) every day, and ask the concierge or guest services daily when you arrive in Disney.  You might get lucky and find an opening where someone has canceled their reservation.  But definitely have a backup plan!
