    I will be arriving at fort wilderness in august on a Thursday but my other party won't arrive till Friday afternoon , who do we let know when they will be arriving ? And do they use my last name or there own ?

    Disney's Fort Wilderness is a great place to vacation!

    When you made your reservation, you needed to list them on the reservation. This will allow them to check-in under their own names. When you arrive, the cast member will ask who is checking in and you can clarify at that time.
