Online Check-In for our Disney Resort Hotel stay. It made arrival for our vacation super easy! Instead of standing in line at the resort, we could get right to our vacation. How magical is that?
The timing to complete all of this has changed over the years. Currently, guests are able to complete Online Check-In as soon as they have their room or Disney Resort Vacation Package booked and they know their arrival time. You will need to submit that resort arrival time when completing the form. Other information you will need to submit includes your home address, credit card information, a way to best contact you during your vacation, and any room requests you may have. Completing this information ahead of time helps Cast Members assign a room to your family, complete payment for your room on your arrival day, and then contact you with your room number as soon as it is available. Even if your room is not ready when you arrive, you can get started with your magical day and room information will be texted or emailed to you. Have carryon luggage with you? No worries! Simply check them with Bell Services and you can pick them back up when your room is available.
Ivan, have you downloaded the
My Disney Experience mobile app yet? One of its great features is that your room information will be stored right within the
My Plans section. Once you get that text or email with your room number, you will not have to stop by the Front Desk. Simply head straight to your room and either use your
MagicBand or the
Unlock Door feature in the app to enter your room. I will attach a great video featuring my fellow panelist, Ashley, showing you exactly how this works.
