Hello. We will arriving early in the morning our first day in order to visit a park. Will we be able to park at our resort and take Disney transportation to the park and check-in late that night? Will our park hopper tickets be sent to us in advance?

    Hi Cheryl,

You will absolutely be able to park at your resort and then take Disney transportation into the parks. However, depending on how you purchased your ticket will decide if you need to check in first.

If you tickets are a part of a package, you will need to check in first. The ticket will be on your Key to the World card or room key. You will need to grab this prior to heading out for the day. Remember you can do online check in 10 days prior to your arrival so you can speed this process up.

If you purchased your tickets separately, you can have them sent to you or have them waiting for you at Guest Relations at any of the four major theme parks. You simply head to the park of your choice via Disney transportation and pick up your tickets there. You will need photo id.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
