We are arriving early on 3/7, would I be able to park my car and leave luggage prior to check in at 4:00 at the Riviera, so we may go to Magic Kubgdom for the day?

Hey there, Camille! I am so glad you came to planDisney to ask your question about your March vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Last month, my family stayed at Disney’s Riviera Resort, and it is awesome! We loved how convenient it was to get to both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the Skyliner, and the mosaics near the Skyliner station are gorgeous.

You can absolutely arrive at any time on your arrival day and park your vehicle in the resort lot. You also get free parking at the theme parks; in case you’d rather take your car with you. If you decide to drive to Magic Kingdom, I recommend upgrading your free parking to preferred parking to be just that much closer to the entrance (that parking lot is HUGE).

When you arrive to Disney’s Riviera Resort, simply pull your vehicle up under the covered entrance. Tell the valet that you are checking in, and he will allow you to unload your bags for bell services to take and leave the car for a few minutes while you check in. I always go inside to tell them I have arrived, just in case a room happens to be ready early.

Before you head to the Magic Kingdom, if you are hungry, take a stroll downstairs to Primo Piatto. This is one of the best quick-service restaurants on all of Walt Disney World property. The Croque Monsieur with tomato soup was a favorite with my family. Breakfast is even better!

I hope you have a wonderful visit for The Most Magical Celebration on Earth

    Happy Traveling,
    Tracy
