We will be arriving in Disneyworld and staying at the Boardwalk Inn. We will check in around 4:00 or 4:30. Any suggestions on how to spend our time that evening? (No kids, romance vacation.)

I would spend it right there on the Boardwalk! There are lots of good restaurants just a few steps away. I personally am fond of Big River Grille & Brewing Works, but that might not be the romantic spot you're seeking. Flying Fish is also excellent, and a bit more upscale and subdued.

Either before or after, depending on what time you dine, you should plan to stroll around the Boardwalk area. Late afternoon and early evening, it is home to fun street performers in traditional boardwalk style. We love to watch them (and sometimes join in on the fun!). It's also beautiful after dark, when it's lit beside the water.

After dinner, I would enjoy another night spot. You can choose between the Belle Vue Lounge (if you'd like a quiet conversation), Jellyrolls dueling piano bar (if you'd like more boisterous fun), or Atlantic Dance Hall if you'd like to get your groove on.

I really think that the Boardwalk is the very best resort for couples traveling without kids, so I'm sure you will have a great trip!
